Sound Bath Meditation Journey
Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath Meditation. A soothing experience where healing sounds and vibrations help calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance. Using crystal singing bowls and other harmonious instruments, this immersive session invites you to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Morning Ritual, Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Journey Mediation monthly offerings.
Karen is offering three sacred monthly practices at Continuum Yoga studio, in Beaverton, Ontario, 390C Simcoe St.
Morning Ritual: Begin your day with the power of intention, gratitude, self-devoted reflection, gentle movement and meditation in Morning Ritual. A holistic practice designed to awaken your body, center your mind, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
This soul-nourishing class blends breathwork, gentle sun salutations, deep stretches, meditation, and mindfulness tools to help you ground deeply while opening to new possibilities each day.
We’ll set intentions and practice gratitude to elevate your vibration, move mindfully to transmute and awaken to the energy of the sun, take a few reflective minutes journaling to anchor insights and daily intentions.
Setting an intention is a declaration of alignment and authenticity. When nurtured through consistent devotion, breath, and awareness, it becomes a powerful act of manifestation, shaping your day and your reality from within.The structure of this shared ritual helps you stay committed and accountable to your practice, fostering consistency, clarity, and a grounded sense of purpose that carries into the rest of your day. Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays at 8am.

Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that uses props to support the body in restful poses, promoting deep relaxation. Classes are held every Friday at 7pm.

Sound Journey Mediation: A sound journey meditation that is a calming experience where participants relax while listening to soothing sounds—like singing bowls to promote deep relaxation, balance, and inner peace. Held on the last Friday of every month.
