Lucy uses a solution- and client-focused approach, rooted in science-based methods that help clients break through barriers, build confidence, and create sustainable healthy habits. Her goal is to empower you to develop a resilient mindset and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

With a background as a Kinesiologist and Case Manager, Lucy brings years of experience working with diverse and often complex physical and mental health challenges. Each client receives personalized, practical strategies designed to deliver real results. Complex cases are welcome — I specialize in finding creative, evidence-informed solutions that fit your unique circumstances.

Investment: $125 +HST/One Hour

Insurance Coverage

Some insurance providers offer coverage for health or wellness coaching programs, particularly when related to specific conditions. Many also include Health Spending Accounts (HSAs), which can be used for health-related expenses not fully covered by provincial healthcare or traditional insurance plans.

​

Tip: Ask your employer or insurance provider if coaching services qualify for reimbursement — you might be eligible for partial or full coverage.

4-Pillar Lifestyle & Wellness Plan

Investment: $750 +HST

Your lifestyle has a powerful influence on your overall health and wellbeing. By making personalized, meaningful changes, you can transform how you feel — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Together, using evidence-based strategies, you’ll identify and address the underlying factors that may be holding you back, and build healthy habits that last. You will create a personalized lifestyle management plan designed to enhance your energy, balance, and resilience.

You’ll receive ongoing, structured support — including regular meetings, progress check-ins, meal and activity inspiration, and continuous adjustments to keep your plan aligned with your goals.
