Registered Nurse Psychotherapist
With more than 40 years of nursing experience. My practice is grounded in compassion, clinical knowledge, and a deep respect for each person’s unique life story, identity, and healing process.
Because of my extensive healthcare experience, I take a truly holistic approach to mental health. I recognize that emotional pain doesn't just live in the mind—it impacts the body, your nervous system, and your daily life. My goal is to bridge that gap, helping you look at your well-being from a whole-person perspective.
My practice is a safe, affirming space tailored to the unique needs of healthcare workers navigating burnout, individuals with disabilities—with a special focus on helping you navigate work and career alongside a disability—and neurodivergent folks seeking a neurodiversity-affirming environment. Throughout my decades in nursing, I have also maintained a deep focus on supporting women seeking health and balance, as well as those experiencing life transitions, and grief, including perinatal loss.
In our sessions, you won't find judgment or a cookie-cutter checklist. Instead, you'll find a professional, collaborative, compassionate space. Drawing on modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and mindfulness, I help you tune into your body, untangle unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical, sustainable tools for lasting change.
Healing is rarely linear, and you do not have to navigate it alone. If you are looking for a compassionate, collaborative space to better understand yourself, strengthen coping tools, and move toward greater balance, I welcome you to reach out.
