My massage therapy and yoga practice is grounded in evidence-based techniques, while embracing a holistic, heart-centered approach.
My focus is to create a space where you can truly slow down, let go, and be fully present — time dedicated entirely to you. Each session is thoughtfully designed using a blend of Swedish massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, uniquely woven together with sound therapy, energy work, aromatherapy, and mindfulness to support mind–body alignment and deep restoration.
I wholeheartedly believe in the art of listening — to your words, and with my hands, attuning to subtle cues from your body that guide me toward the root of discomfort. I recognize that emotions are “energy in motion,” and that unprocessed feelings can manifest as physical tension, pain, or the lingering effects of stress, repetitive strain, and injury.
I believe the body communicates constantly — through tightness, fatigue, discomfort, overwhelm, and stored emotion — and that lasting healing begins when we stop treating symptoms in isolation and start listening to the body as a whole.
To honour the individual needs of each client, I’ve created signature treatments — The Heart, The Kindness, and The Crown. These sessions focus on the areas of the body that most often store stress, emotion, and energy, creating a dynamic and unique experience when combined.
Through retreats, workshops, movement, and therapeutic care, my intention is always the same: to help clients reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, supported, and sustainable.
